Our Story

It all started in Berlin with a community-focused housing project called Happy Pigeons Coliving. Our goal? To bring people from diverse backgrounds together and tackle modern loneliness in our fast-growing cities. Seven years on, our flock has grown to about 40 residents and coworkers.

Over time, we’ve tackled multiple renovation projects—starting out traditionally but quickly shifting to natural, sustainable materials. Owning and managing these buildings ourselves has shown us exactly what it means to be fully invested, from successes to setbacks.

Now, we’re looking beyond our own walls. By sharing our experience and know-how about eco-friendly construction, we hope to inspire others to embrace greener methods and create healthier, happier living spaces for everyone—because raising awareness of sustainable building is where we believe we can make the biggest environmental impact.
